Staying at this hotel was a mixed experience. On the bright side, the staff was incredibly welcoming and genuinely seemed to care about making my stay enjoyable. The location was also convenient, with easy access to shopping and transportation. However, the room I had didn't live up to my expectations in terms of design and functionality, and the check-in process was quite slow due to booking issues, which was frustrating. Overall, while the service and location were great, the room itself left much to be desired.

I had a fantastic experience at the Park Lane Hotel, enjoying its clean and comfortable accommodations alongside exceptional service from the staff. The location was perfect, just a short stroll to the MTR and surrounded by plenty of shops and restaurants. While I appreciated the amenities, the breakfast could use some improvement. The room was comfortable, albeit with a view that left a bit to be desired due to older buildings outside the window. While overall service was good, the dining experience could improve, as the breakfast area was quite cramped and noisy. Still, the hotel's great location near Causeway Bay made it worth it for me.
