decent hotel with some issues
early check-in convenient location nice stay breakfast quality selection choices bathroom improvement
i appreciated the early check-in after my long flight. the hotel has a convenient location near the mtr and many restaurants. sandy and her executive lounge team worked hard to ensure i had a nice stay. i want to thank sandy, june, neo, julius, nina, grace, julia, michelle, joey, jack, keung, and samson!!!
the breakfast quality was not up to standard for a 5-star hotel. i did not like the selection choices, quality, or cleanliness. the bathroom in the room was just ok.

The location were acceptable.
The room I booked did not match what I expected. The staff at check-in was not helpful when I inquired about this discrepancy. There were also no water in the room provided.

my room was clean. the location is very convenient. cleanliness and amenities met my expectations.
i was given a newly renovated room but i was not really satisfied. there was no way i could have light into the room without sacrificing privacy. there was no option to bring down and up the blackout blind automatically. i had to hold on to the button to do that.
